I have had a crappy two days. So I write this because I need to spread the positivity. I came off a bit rude to the worker and realized it. I was already irritated and over the day already. I get here. The computers are down. Can’t purchase a tire in store. I had Cash and was told I would have to purchase a tire only to get one changed. I got a bit more frustrated. However. It wasn’t that bad. I was able to do that quickly and with a line of people. Of course I have to wait a few. But I was now in a position of waiting. I will say Nykloas was great. He handled my crappy attitude and honestly it was seamless. Because of the way he was, I dropped my attitude. With their computers down and a line of guest on a Monday. He wasn’t rude. He was not turning me away. He helped me just enough to realize I need to calm down because it’s gonna be alright. So while I don’t like most chain or corporate places. He personally did great.

For this visit I needed new tires for my son's car. I scheduled and paid online and went to the store and they made me aware of other options but I did not need them at this time. Not a bit of pressure just informational. They were courteous and so far so good. I also liked the tire selector and comparison that was provided as part of the online shopping experience.

Great experience! I got a flat over the weekend and came in Monday morning to have my tire replaced. Gregory helped me out and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated and is a big reason I’ll be coming back. They got me in and out in around two hours, which felt very reasonable for a busy morning as a walk-in. Thank you for the great service!

A dishonest salesman really irritates me and I wish I noted his name specifically. This was my first encounter with Discount Tire as a whole, I'm not sure if my experience was the individual, location, or company specific. I had gone to get one of my tires replaced due to it being extremely worn. I had called in advance and the gentleman was very kind and said I could come on over whenever. When I arrived I got the same gentleman from the phone to wait on me. He went around and checked all my tires. First, he said that all of my tires were in bad shape and needed replaced. This isn't completely wrong, I do need new tires but it isn't extremely urgent and I already communicated my intent to replace the really bad one. (this is all fine, just doing his job) Then, he states that the tires I have on my vehicle are the cheapest on the market. Even though they have a reputable brand (Pirelli) that this specific model is not worth my money since they are crap. He may also not have been wrong here, I'm not a car tire professional. But for the last 10 years of driving and buying tires, I've always had good experiences with my Pirelli P4's. And maybe they are on the cheaper end but that cou

You know when you move out of state or just another city, you have to find all new "go to" people you can trust? Well moving across country is even harder! But I am here to tell you that I have done your homework, your price checks and knowledge of different products! I am a single mom, but also a business owner, which is a perfect combination when..let's face it ladies, tires are a man's world and trust becomes an issue. Well, I must tell the truth and know at 62 I am here to say the men at Discount tire are fantastic! I was immediately greeted by Joe and Kris. I have a challenging tire size because the back tires are wider and the tire size is 21. Not only did they find me my tires, their price was over $350 less than 3 other competitors! I was so thrilled that I also purchased new wheels! I was greeted with respect, knowledge and a willing to make me happy and leave smiling.
